If you do not have professional imagery, we can recommend our trusted photographers who specialize in capturing appealing visuals for your property.

What will happen after I sign up & when will my property go online?
After signing up, we create your listing, capture stunning photos and video, update the property’s availability calendar, and verify accuracy of your listing.
Your property will go online for bookings once it’s 100% ready for guests by reviewing our guidelines and recommendations.
In the meantime, get familiar with our platform to prepare for your first guest bookings.
How much do I pay to list my property & how much commission fee do I pay?
Listing your property with us is free of charge. We only charge a commission for each confirmed booking. The commission percentage will be clearly displayed during the registration process. At the end of each month, we’ll send you an invoice detailing the commission owed.
Booking Cancellations?
We enforce a comprehensive cancellation policy applicable to all villas listed on our website.
Depending on the time of cancellation and adherence to the policy guidelines, guests may be subject to a percentage fee.
Regardless of cancellation circumstances, our standard commission on the booking amount remains applicable.
What happens if my property is damaged by a guest?
As a precautionary measure, we request damage deposits from guests to cover any potential damages that may occur during their stay. These deposits provide assurance that your property will be treated with respect and help mitigate any unforeseen costs associated with damages.
