1.1 The Company recognises the importance of protecting your privacy in respect of your Personal Information (as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act, No 4 of 2013 (“POPI”)) collected by the Company when you use the Website. You are not required to provide any personal information on the public areas of the Website, however you may choose to do so by completing the application forms if and where available on the various sections of the Website. The Company will take appropriate and reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to, or disclosure of your personal information.

If any of the Terms and Conditions is determined by a Court to be unenforceable, then the remaining Terms and Conditions shall continue in effect. You may not assign your rights or obligations under the Terms and Conditions but the Company may do so on written notice to you.
